The villa was just like a mini resort with its own private heated pool. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing under the warm sun. It felt like having our own little tropical paradise right at our doorstep.

The location was also great, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. we appreciated the extra touches provided by the staff, such as promptly mailing a forgotten teddy bear back to us.

some furniture and fittings were broken, and the carpets had stains. The presence of noise detectors, both inside and outside, required us to be overly cautious about noise levels, which took away from our enjoyment.

I loved engaging in hiking, fishing, and billiards at the villa. The flat-screen TV and game console were a cool addition. Free WiFi and private parking were convenient. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing experience. The villa's patio and terrace were perfect for relaxing.

Moldy bathroom, dirty bed sheets, broken lights, cold bedroom, faulty rain shower and coffee machine, unlocked back door. Sarcastically, what a dream!

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The villa is absolutely stunning, with a cozy living room and dining area for great family bonding. The fully equipped kitchen is a game-changer, stocked with all the necessary appliances for hassle-free cooking. The 6 beautiful bedrooms and 5 bathrooms make it perfect for large families like ours. The inviting hot tub and private heated pool were heavenly after long days of exploring. The villa's tile/marble floor gives it a classy and luxurious feel. We didn't have to worry about packing extra bed linen or towels as they were provided.

Personally, I would have preferred a bigger balcony to soak in more of the lovely surroundings.

It was a unique and beautiful place to stay. the beach was just a 5, minute walk away and we loved that it was dog, friendly. With a large group, the kids especially enjoyed the board games, Xbox, and full, sized free pool table. the hot tub was a real plus and we were thrilled to hear that the owners are planning to install a pool heater for next year. the large space, cleanliness, and variety of TV options were also great. the kitchen with the pool table added a fun element to our stay. the location in Flamborough was fantastic, with lovely locals and amazing dining options. a fantastic experience!
